1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), group size, travel dates and your message.
• WhatsApp: if you choose the WhatsApp channel, the same form data is recorded by us and the conversation continues on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms.
• Browsing data: IP address and technical data processed by the server and by Google reCAPTCHA for security.
• Analytics: aggregate statistics through Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

• Answering your requests and preparing a booking: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Protecting the form from spam and abuse with Google reCAPTCHA: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Visit statistics with Google Analytics 4: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal and accounting obligations: art. 6.1.c GDPR.

4. Retention

Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless a booking requires longer retention for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Recipients and Transfers

Data is processed by authorized staff and by service providers acting as processors: website hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany), email (OVH SAS, France) and Google (reCAPTCHA and Analytics). Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under articles 15-22 GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@soluzioneaffitti.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

7. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies required for it to work and the Google reCAPTCHA security service; only with your consent, it also uses Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
